What is it?
An events programme designed to help us all be our best selves.
The aim is to promote emotional, physical and social wellbeing – creating a healthy, inspired and fulfilled team.
All events are optional (but encouraged).
No questions asked if you choose not to attend.

How do I book on to an event?
The details of how to book on to each event will be shared by email. You will need to confirm your attendance in advance, so we can secure tickets/make the necessary arrangements.
How do I log my time for an event?
You can log the time you spend on 360 programme events under the Eleven Training and development charge code.
Can I expense my travel to an event?
You can expense your travel to 360 events as you would for any other work-related event – in line with our Travel and expenses policy.
How are the events planned?
The events are planned quarterly in advance by the Culture Champions. If you have a suggestion for an event, please let the Culture Champs know.
Will the 360 programme replace our existing team socials?
The 360 programme will replace the existing spring and autumn socials. The Christmas party remains an event in its own right!
What if I can’t/don’t want to attend?
No problem! Just continue to work your normal hours as usual unless on holiday or unwell.
